Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item

We will pay for the shipping. However, if you wish to return the item for an exchange for reasons other than the above, buyer pays for the shipping cost.

We do NOT issue refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • The front lace has been cut
  • The lace of the wig is torn with holes
  • The extensions has been dyed, permed or bleached
  • The hair has been washed
  • The hairstyle has been cut
  • There is glue on the wig cap or signs that it has been used/worn.

To guarantee your refund, pleases do not tamper with the hair and return it back to us in it’s original state.

Exchanges

At Shara’s Beauty Spot, we strive for a high level of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we allow for an exchange on sealed and non-tampered with products, packaged with seal intact, within THREE (3) days of receiving your order (shipping cost at your expense).

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken!  The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
