Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
We will pay for the shipping.
We do NOT issue refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- The front lace has been cut
- The lace of the wig is torn with holes
- The extensions has been dyed, permed or bleached
- The hair has been washed
- The hairstyle has been cut
- There is glue on the wig cap or signs that it has been used/worn.
- If it is a customised unit
- You want to return it because you changed your mind
To guarantee your refund, pleases do not tamper with the hair and return it back to us in it’s original state.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer exchanges of units due to the coronavirus outbreak. As soon as everything is back to normal, this opportunity will be available.
